Detached holiday house in the Hessisches Bergland

All the holiday
houses in the park
are privatly owned.
Some of these
owners are letting
their houses
during the periods
they are not using
it themselves.

We belong to the group of house owners who have decided not to be connected to the holidaypark at Frankenau. Therefore we are having hardly any overhead costs
due to which we can offer our holday house rather cheap, and most important: we can let our house during the days we want to let it because we are not limited to the
usually hard-set arrival- and departure days the holidaypark uses.
Next to this, not being connected to the park allowed us to set our own rules for dogs staying in our holiday-house.

Our holiday house contains three fully equipped bedrooms, a
living room, a nice dinnerroom, a shower, two toilets and a neat
completely equipped kitchen.

The livingroom is furnished for up to six persons and has a large
color television with satellite receiver, video recorder and DVD-
player.

The heating in all rooms is electrical, whereby the livingroom is
fitted next to this with a nice and cosy stove.

Our holiday house has
three komplete bed-
rooms. Two of these
bedrooms have been
fitted with double kingsize beds each; the third bedroom is equipped with two single kingsize beds.
The bedrooms on the first floor do have each
their own wash-hand basin with warm- and cold
water, as well as a door to the balcony.
The other bedroom has its own bathroom and
toilet.

All bedrooms are generously provided with
clothing cupboards.

Next to this, our holiday house is equipped with a second toilet and a bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a four rings electrical hot plate, an electrical oven, a refrigirator
with freezing compartment, coffe machine, waterboiler, combi microwave and ofcourse all the crockery and cutlery, required for up to
six persons.

A diner table is ofcourse also present. This table, or more like a dinette is more then sufficient for six persons.

For those moments that you want to sit in the garden or have f.i. your
your lunch in the garden, we have placed a picknick table in front of
our holiday house.

Dogs are welcome in our holiday house. Ourselves, we are the happy
owners of a beagle by the name "Joep" and we know by experiance
how difficult it can be to find a nice holiday house in which it is allowed
to bring your dog along. In our opnion, both our holiday house as well
as the environment of forests are the environment for a very nice holiday with your dog.
